There has never been that many people on the planet.


And yet, anxiety and depression caused by isolation and loneliness are reported to be the most common health issues in our modern societies.

People are gregarious animals. To feel alive and healthy, they need their social circles, they must establish bonds, they crave meaningful connections with other persons and with their natural environment.
